From the kitchen
Scratch bar food that eats like a real meal
Our kitchen will be scratch-driven and comfort-leaning. You can expect:

Sandwiches and burgers built around what’s in the case and what’s in season.

Salads and lighter plates that still feel like something you want, not just something you “should” order.

Snacks and sharables for pre-game hangs, neighbor nights, and “let’s just get a little something” visits.

Rotating entrées each night, based on what’s looking best in the butcher case.
The menu will change, sometimes a little and sometimes a lot. That’s the point—we’d rather cook what’s good than lock ourselves into the same list forever.
OUR philosophy
Big Slow Flavors, EVERYDAY
- Long-cooked meats that taste like someone’s been babysitting a smoker all day.
- House seasoning blends that show up on burgers, roasted vegetables, and the specials board.
- Sauces and sides that bring the same level of care to the “extra” parts of the plate.
The goal isn’t to be fancy. It’s to serve food that makes you happy you didn’t stay home—and happy you grabbed something for tomorrow before you left.

OUR BUTCHER
One room, two ways to eat
Our butcher case and kitchen live side by side, so our menu and meat counter align in special ways.
- Something on the menu you love? Ask how to recreate it at home—we’ll get you the cut, seasoning, and a simple plan.
- Something in the case you’ve never cooked? Ask if it’s showing up on menu this week; if it isn’t, we’ll tell you how we’d do it.
We don’t expect you to know every cut or cooking method—that’s our job. Just tell us what kind of night you’re trying to have, and we’ll help you land in the right spot.
OUR SPECIALS
WEEKLY RITUALS
We’ll design our food around rhythms, so over time, you’ll see themes like:

Steak night — a rotating cut at a neighbor-friendly price.

Sunday stock-ups — lighter bites while you plan the week and hit the butcher case.

Pre-game plates — easy, shareable food before shows or nights at the Hoppers.
